Although his most resent seasons have been interrupted by injury, when available he proves himself well by keeping a steady head in the back four
A mainstay in the Robins defence since making his first team debut in 2002/2003, former Northern Ireland Under-21 international Duff is highly regarded by staff and fans alike at Whaddon Road. The lightning quick centre-back joined the Robins straight from school and teamed up on several occasions with fellow defender and elder brother Michael in the Cheltenham first team before his sibling transferred to Burnley.
Duff has suffered injury problems in recent seasons but remains first choice when available, after proving his credentials over the years with some strong, determined and memorable performances at the heart of his side’s defence.
